What is the survey: Understand the perspectives of holistic workplace happiness among 21st century employees
What is being studied: The questionnaire shall study the respondents’ perspectives in the following themes:
- Demographic Details: Demographic data refers to socioeconomic information expressed statistically, which include employment status, designation, educational qualification.
- Aligning Individual Goals with Business Goals: This area aims to understand employees’ perception on whether their individual goal are matching with the organisation’s mission vision

This are of the survey aims to assess the participants’ perception of how happy they and their team are and how well is their interaction with team mates, managers and subordinates
- Satisfaction With Organisational Management: Every manager should know how to create a happy work culture and environment for their teams by helping find strengths and areas of improvement for their team members. this area aims to study the contribution of participants’ perceived satisfaction towards their managers and how that affects their overall happiness at work
- Feeling Of Recognition and Appreciation: Feeling appreciated and recognised for one’s contribution has been found to be one of the major contributors in the overall workplace happiness of employees. This aspect of the helps assess the perceived feeling of appreciation experienced by working employees
- Remote Work Flexibility: This area aims to understand the employees’ perceived satisfaction based on the remote working accessibility at their workplace and how that affects their overall job satisfaction and happiness
